Truffle Hunting and Cooking Class

Enjoy a private vineyard tour with organic wines and extra virgin olive oil tasting and light lunch. Be fully immersed in a real Tuscan farm surrounded by the Tuscan countryside.

The experience is going to be in the wood not far from the Winery (5 minutes by car), you are going to understand what's truffles, how to find and use them in 360°. You are going to be helped by our 4-legged friends, they are the most important part of the research.
After the hunting the cooking lesson will begin with a small tour of our vineyard and our olive grove, after which a member of the family will provide some notions and curiosities about the truffle. Then, you will learn how to
treat truffles, clean them, and cook them in our kitchen. At the end of the lesson, you will taste all the dishes you cooked, and you'll have the chance to taste our wines and extra virgin olive oils. It's required
a notice of at least two days to find the fresh truffle.
