Individual attention in a small and personal setting directly on Sunrise Beach. Includes beautiful views of Tarutao island and even Langkawi island on a clear morning. Tuition from Lipe's most experienced yoga teacher, teaching yoga since 2006 in Thailand (Maximum class size is just 8 people)

Itinerary

Enjoy a small & personal 65 minute yoga class while watching the sun rise over Koh Lipe. The class is a mixed levels slow vinyasa flow & suitable for all levels of practice.
The class begins with several rounds of sun salutations to get you warmed up before we begin a series of standing postures, balancing postures & seated postures. Finishing off with a short meditation & deep relaxation. Modifications are offered for any beginners. Start your day the right way!
Enjoy this peaceful yet dynamic early morning class while also enjoying Ko Lipe's spectacular sunrise. It will inspire you to make the most out of your stay on Koh Lipe.
