At 7:30am, you will be picked up from your centrally located Lanzhou hotel, then take 2.5-hour ride to Liujiaxia Reservoir. This is a huge reservoir on the upper Yellow River, the scenery is fantastic along the reservoir. You will stop at the sightseeing platform to view the mountains and reservoir.

Stop At: Bingling Temple Grottoes, West of Yongjing County, Tianshui 730030 China
You will take a fast boat for about 30 minutes to Bingling Temple Grottoes. This is a hidden gem in the valley along the Yellow River, where you will view the old but colorful Buddha statues and paintings in the caves.
Later, you will take the same fast boat back to the dock, then take the private vehicle back to your Lanzhou where the tour concludes.
