Cooking with us will allow you to experience the traditional food of Basilicata and immerse yourself in this wonderful part of Mediterranean countries. Uncover the secrets of Lucania family recipes from your host sharing their wisdom which has been passed down for generations. Live an exclusive cooking demonstration and immerse yourself in a 4-course private dining experience: do a typical Sunday meal, put your hands in the dough, and make 'orecchiette' pasta from scratch, learning how to do fresh pasta without using a machine, under the guidance of an expert local Chef. Cook and taste the most iconic Italian dishes together, with other lovers of our tradition, such as bread balls or Tiramisù. In the big kitchen, the living core of the Masseria 'Torre Sapgnola', you will share with us part of these secrets.
