All Inclusive Multi Day Tour in Luanda

In 5 days you will travel about 1.600km and discover several realities of the Angolan culture. Visit several touristic points and stroll through cities allowing a greater interaction with local communities.

Itinerary

Day 1: Luanda, Cuanza norte

Stop At: Ndalatando, Ndalatando, Cuanza Norte Province
On our first stop, after a 4 hour drive from Luanda, we have a short walk through the town of Ndalatando and visit the Botanical Garden
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Kalandula Falls, Kalandula Angola
After lunch, we continue our trip to Malange for 2 more hours and head to the Calendula Falls Viewpoint.
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Kalandula, Kalandula, Malanje Province

Day 2: Malange / Cuanza Norte

Stop At: Kalandula Falls, Kalandula Angola
We leave the lodge by 7 am and head to Pousada Calandula where we hike down the hill for a closer look of the falls, and have breakfast after the refreshing hike.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Black Stones of Pungo Andongo, Cacuso, Malanje Angola
We continue driving for 2 hours to visit the Black Rocks of Pungo Andongo, have short hike up to better enjoy the view from the top of the rocks.
We continue our way to Muconga Farm where we spend the night

Day 3: Cuanza Norte Cuanza sul

Stop At: Cuanza Sul Province, Cuanza Sul Province
We visit the Binga Waterfalls and have lunch by the river while enjoying the view of the falls
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Sumbe, Sumbe, Cuanza Sul Province
After Lunch we head back to the road for about an hour for our Hike down the mysterious Sassa Caves.
After our challenging and exciting hike we get back to the road for another 2 hours to get to Carpe Diem beach resort where we have dinner and spend the night.

Day 4: Safari day

Stop At: Kissama National Park Gate, Unnamed Road, Angola
After breakfast, we proceed to the Quiçama National Park, for a 2 hour Safari. We then take a boat to Chilala floating restaurant to enjoy a local delicacy: Mufete, a grilled fish based dish with sweet potato, banana plantain, kassava and palm oil beans.
Duration: 4 hours

Stop At: Miradouro da Lua, Luanda Angola
After the Safari we stop to appreciate the Moon Viewpoint then continue our way for another boat ride to get to Mussulo island for dinner and Accomodation.
Duration: 30 minutes

Day 5: Beach Day

Stop At: Mussulo, Mussulo, Luanda Province
After a short moment by the beach, we have breakfast and take a boat back to the mainland for our tour of Luanda City.
Duration: 2 hours

Stop At: Museu Nacional da Escravatura, Km. South of Luanda 18, Luanda Angola
The opportunity to learn about the history of slavery time in Angola
Duration: 30 minutes

Stop At: Fortaleza de Sao Miguel, Calcada de Sao Miguel, Luanda Angola
We visit the Military historical Museum of Luanda found at the fortress of São Miguel to learn more about the colonial and modern history of Angola
Duration: 1 hour

Stop At: Palacio de Ferro, Rua Major Kanyangulo, Luanda Angola
The iron Palace is said to have been designed by Gustave Eiffel, we learn the intriguing story behind it's construction in Luanda.
Duration: 30 minutes
