Tuscan Lovers Cooking Class

Craving pasta?
Join our family for a 3-hour cooking experience in a typical Tuscan kitchen that overlooks our vineyards and olive trees.
You’re going to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and all secrets to make it “al dente”. An exclusive cooking class dedicated toTuscan tradition surrounded by the wine and extra virgin olive oil aromas. This experience is a real journey in Tuscan flavors made of simple and fresh ingredients.
Besides the cooking experience, you will have the chance to have a real wine tasting with at least four of our organic wines.

The experience starts with our vineyard and olive grove tour together with a family member. Then, you will be led in our rustic kitchen and you will learn how to make two types of fresh pasta.
Each type of pasta will be paired with a Tuscan sauce made with seasonal vegetables.
Then, you will be led to your table to eat what you have prepared and each course will be paired with a different organic wine and all our extra virgin olive oils.
