Start this experience like an aperitivo with a top sparkling wine from North Italy: Prosecco, Erbaluce, or a Franciacorta. Learn production methods and how to buy the best wines when you will be back from your holiday.

You will explore a local white wine like Arneis to finish, paired with a selection of fresh and mature local cheeses. Learn how terroir is affecting these wines that are increasingly surprising the international wine scene.

But Piedmont is famous for its mid and full-body iconic red wines made in oak barrels that provide unique aromatic flavors.
