Itinerary

Day 1: Travel by private vehicle to our first mountain lodge

Stop At: Changhua, Changhua
Meet at Changhua HSR station (Near Taichung) and drive up to our mountain lodge located just outside Yushan National Park. This stage is important to help with acclimatization. We will eat good food and rest, sunrise is truly amazing here with expansive views over Jade Mountain!

Day 2: Guided hike up to our second high mountain lodge (Paiyun Lodge)

Stop At: Yushan National Park, No.515, Section 1, Zhongshan Road, Shuili Township, Shuili Taiwan
Breakfast before 07:00am then drive into Yushan National Park. We will hike for approximately 5~6 hours, depending on the group and weather conditions, before arriving to Paiyun Lodge located at 3400m elevation. Watch sunset, eat, relax and sleep.

Day 3: Ascend Jade Mountain!

Stop At: Yushan National Park, No.515, Section 1, Zhongshan Road, Shuili Township, Shuili Taiwan
Breakfast at 02:30am and a big push up to towards the top of Taiwan for sunrise. Spending around one full hour up on the summit is possible (weather permitting), enjoying our time at 3952m elevation. Then we'll make some tea & coffee before returning to the mountain cabin for brunch and finally returning back to Changhua HSR station for approximately 19:00.
