Champagne Guy De Chassey : Premium Tour and Tasting

Discover our handmade volted cellars, understand all champagne making process according to our family tradition: vineyard work with an High Environmental Approach, vinification in a modern winery room. We will end the tour with 3 glasses of our Premium Champagnes based on our Premier and Cru vineyard.

We will lead through our estate to discover our traditonnal methods, in our handmade volted cellars with our impressive manual riddling room. According to the season, you will be able to admire the effect of climate conditions on grapes thanks to our wonderful vines collection from France and worldwide. To end your discover, you will get to taste 3 glasses of our Premium Champagnes from our Premier Cru and Grand Cru vineyards of the Rems Mountain.
