We will drive from Bilbao to the Wine country enjoying the beautiful views. The drive is about an hour and a half
Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes
Stop At: Bodegas Marques de Riscal, Go to the bodega, not the hotel. Two different establishments that have nothing to do with one another, 01340 Elciego Spain
FULL WINERY TOUR AT MARQUES DE RISCAL: Our first stop will be the world famous Marques de Riscal winery, second best winery in the world! You will get a full winery tour and taste 3 of their best wines together with some local snacks.
If not available we will take you to a comparable winery.

WINE TASTING AT YSIOS: Our second stop will be at the amazing Ysios winery. Since their opening in the year 2000 it has become the most iconic building in the whole region.
Here we will visit the building and you will have the opportunity to taste 2 of their premium wines together with cheese, serrano ham and cold meats.

PICTURE STOP: Next we will visit the medieval town of Laguardia; a Xth century walled town, and one of the most beautiful towns in the Basque Country

LUNCH INCLUDED in Laguardia or some other nearby town depending on availability: in this beautiful town you will enjoy a typical three courses lunch with dessert. A classic of these region are the lamb chops and the potatoes Rioja Style with chorizo. But we will also provide vegetarian options.
This will be the most comfortable and delicious classic lunch that you will enjoy!
