SUPYOGA IS AN EXPERIENCE FOR EVERYONE

The session is perfect is you want to performing Yoga on the board, it starts with an energizing warm up and then easy Asanas to improve your body-mind and willpower.  A unique experience in Lanzarote, led by our certified teacher, you will experience new sensations and a better body consciousness. Barbara will guide you and will be attentive to any need, everything is carried out in absolute safety, you can try to get out of your comfort zone and find out how easy it is to appreciate new experiences.
Moreover it is an activity that we only do all over the island with a qualified teacher in Yoga and Stand up paddle.

Itinerary

As soon as you get to the meeting point, you will know the teacher, Barbara who will ask you if you are able to swim, if you have had similar experiences, if you already practice yoga and if you need wetsuits. You leave things in the school and go down helping a little to bring down some equipment, She will give you a briefing and will show you how to get into the water to get to the floating platform that will ensure the boards. after this first moment, once she has organized and secured the boards to the platform, the lesson will start. A little relaxation will open the lesson, then we will warm up to start letting go of the tensions, then we will practice very simple positions to get used to keeping a balance on an element different from the one we know. You will be captivated by the sensations, emotions and movements of alignment that you will have to learn to maintain balance. Don't worry about anything, it's easier than you think and you'll be completely immersed in the practice. you will come out of the comfort zone to discover that you can do much more than your mind tells you. then 1 hr we go out and go back to the school to take a shower and NAMASTE
