Cooking on Lake Como with an Amazing View

Beautiful private space, with stunning views of the lake. We only take 6 guests per class therefore the experience intimate and comfortable. The kitchen is a huge and has been designed specifically for cooking lessons, providing a safe cooking and working environment. The experience is hands on and you will learn many tricks and tips to cooking an authentic Italian 3 course meal. There are two relaxing areas which can be used pre or post the cooking lesson to enjoy your welcome drink or your coffee, as well as a dining area to enjoy the labors of our lesson.

You will learn how to make an Italian home cooked meal effortless, but more importantly you will have a beautiful afternoon with views of the lake as you enjoy delicious food and wines.

What your experience will entail:
-You will enjoy with a special aperitivo on arrival
- You will cook a full 3 course with me and at the end of the class you will eat what you created
- You will taste local wine
- Coffee will be served with desert
- You will be given the notes on the ingredients and instructions used in the cooking class

We do have vegetarian options for those interested and if your group is large enough if there is an specific techniques or skills you wish to learn these can be accommodated too.

Sample Menu

• caponata - A traditional italian dish, cooked with fresh summer veggies resulting in an explosion of wonderful flavors in one single very versatile dish.
• Pasta and pesto - Make your own tagliatelle by hand using organic flour and create a traditional or unique pesto using different ingredients of your choice.
• Tiramisu - I promise you will make the lightest , most wonderful tiramisu you have ever eaten. I will also share details of a strawberry and christmas version
