With the help of your experienced host, you'll discover the unique flavours of local cooking while learning about traditional Mexican ways of cooking. You will learn how to prepare 4 of the top Mexican dishes:Salsa de Molcajete, Guacamole, Beef Tostada and Chicken Enchiladas. The Mexican Cooking Class involves more than just recipes, Learn the ingredients, practice the techniques, And enjoy your delicious creation. Located in the hear of Baja California Wine Country region, you will find our private property where your experience will commence.

You will be greeted by our professional staff with UNLIMITED delicious margaritas that will flow during your stay.

We will then continue to taste three types of our Artisanal House Tequilas: Blanco, Reposado, Anejo along with our premium Pink Tequila which is rested in a used red wine oak barrel.

With the freshest ingredients, you will prepare; a Mexican Salsa Molcajete, a mouth-watering Guacamole, and the Mexican classics: Beef Tostadas and Chicken Enchiladas.

While Cooking, chopping, frying, and preparing food; the cook will explain some traditions of the local Mexican cuisine. You will also learn some Spanish words while tasting the delicious plates you will be preparing.
