As part of this class, you will visit a local market, choose exotic ingredients, and learn to cook 5 typical dishes. We will bring you to the local market where you can sample a lot of the exotic fruits. Maybe you had no clue what half the fruits were. After gathering the produce, you are then brought to their rooftop cooking studio where you prepare your own lunch or dinner. From there, you have a fantastic view of mountains as well as the Volcano. By sharing their food, you will feel like you are part of their culture!
