In the green areas of Valdichiana Senese, in Southern Tuscany, many edible herbaceous species grow, which become ingredients of healthy and environmentally friendly recipes. "Foraging", the practice of collecting wild herbs, allows you to experience nature in a different way and to recover a mostly lost art.
With the help of an expert, you will learn how to recognize and collect wild herbs, exploring the Valdichiana Senese countryside. At the end of the walk, you will taste food and beverage based on wild herbs.
