• Bruschetta with Lentils and Norcia sausages - The lentils will be cooked in the traditional earthenware pot and the sausages, added after 10 minutes of cooking, will have to be chopped and fried
• Strangozzi with ragù - Prepare them by rolling out the dough and then cutting it into strips.zzi with ragù
• Classic Tiramisù - The tiramisu is prepared with Savoyard biscuits, espresso coffee and mascarpone.
